R&D: Identify Gateway pain points

TBA. Current issues are mostly aimed at O/T operator. We need to identify wants & needs from current Gateway node operators to put on the roadmap or bounty board.

R&D: Investigate Quic support for inter-node communication

TBA. Currently, full segments are sent between nodes using regular HTTP calls. We should investigate the benefits of using QUIC for this and if there are significant gains to be made, scope out a solution.

R&D: identify new ingest and delivery protocols for Gateways

TBA. Gateway nodes should be capable in dealing with media. We should identify additional ingest or delivery options to increase compatiblity.
